Order Fulfillment

At Scent Finds, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders efficiently. We typically ship orders from Monday through Friday, with most being dispatched within two (2) business days. However, during peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales, fulfillment may take up to five (5) business days due to increased demand. Occasionally, an item may go out of stock before our inventory updates, which could cause a delay in shipping part or all of your order. If this happens, we will promptly notify you to ensure transparency and keep you updated.

Returns Policy for Samples & Decants


Every sample and decant at Scent Finds is carefully sourced from the original manufacturer’s bottle and decanted with precision, ensuring authenticity and quality. However, as fragrance preferences are highly personal, we cannot guarantee you will enjoy every scent, and some may not meet your expectations. Due to the intimate nature of our products and to uphold strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on samples or decants. We encourage you to explore a variety of options to discover fragrances that truly resonate with you.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. As a result, cancellations are not permitted after purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before checkout, as Scent Finds cannot be held accountable for any errors or accidental purchases made during the ordering process.

 

Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for researching their local customs regulations before completing a purchase, as any fees or charges related to customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
